If you live locally in Ayr or Prestwick, your cookies can be delivered to you or you can collect!

Collections are made on Friday evenings between 4 and 6pm, after you’ve placed your order we’ll be in touch with the pick up location.

Local deliveries are also done on Friday evening between 6 and 7pm.

To receive your freshly baked cookies in that week make sure your order is placed by 8pm on Tuesday.

Orders are usually baked and posted on a Thursday. Royal Mail 24 Tracked aims to deliver the next day after posting.

Your cookies will keep for up to 4 or 5 days in an airtight container, but we recommend they are best eaten fresh within the first couple of days!

Absolutely! For that fresh-baked feel, pop your cookie into the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Delicious enjoyed with ice cream too!

We currently do not offer any gluten or dairy free options, but these are in the works. Please check each product description for allergens. Your cookie box will also arrive with a full ingredient list.

Absolutely, what a special treat! Just pop your recipient’s details in the shipping address, and you can add a personal note at checkout.

Because our products are freshly baked, perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If there is an issue with your order – such as damage during delivery, incorrect items, or a quality concern – please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your cookies.
